FAQ

What time are doors?
Doors will open at 5:00pm for guests with Add On: Early Access tickets.  Doors will open at 5:30pm for guests with General Admission tickets.

Will there be food and drinks?

Constellation has a full service bar and offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.  The bar will be open from 5pm to 1:15am on 12/19 and 11am to 6pm on 12/20.  Complimentary coffee and water will be available when the bar is closed.  Look for Constellation’s Letters To Santa cocktail sponsored by Beam Suntory - 50% of proceeds go to Letters To Santa! 

Bumbu Roux food truck will be out front serving up hot, delicious nosh from 6pm - 11pm on 12/19 and 7am-2pm on 12/20.

Is there an age restriction?

All children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  This show is not recommended to children under 16 years of age due to adult language and the unpredictable nature of improvisation.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is Constellation?
Constellation is a performing arts presenter with an emphasis on forward-thinking practices particularly in the areas of jazz, improvised, experimental, and contemporary classical music. Its programming fosters collaborations between disparate musical communities, helping to enrich and enhance a broader understanding of how these traditions have developed and intersected.  Learn more.

Constellation is located at 3111 N. Western Ave. In the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Here is the venue on a map.

Parking

Street parking can be found on Western Ave. directly in front. Parking is always available on Clybourn Avenue and on Fletcher, Barry, and Campbell streets. 

Accessibility
